These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Your Community Hub platform ("Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account and Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Platform cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all advertising content ('Content') posted and activity that occurs under your account.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
2. Broadcast System Access and Usage
All applications for the National Emergency Broadcast System are subject to a manual review and vetting process by platform administrators.
Access is granted at the sole discretion of the platform administrators. We reserve the right to deny any application without providing a reason.
Granted access will automatically expire one year from the date of approval. Re-application is required to continue access.
Broadcasts must not contain false, deceptive, or misleading information.
The system must not be used for content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Use of the system must comply with all applicable national and international laws and regulations.
3. Payment, Refunds, and Billing
A valid payment method is required for running paid campaigns.
Campaigns are billed on a subscription basis, as detailed on the pricing page. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
Except when required by law, paid fees are non-refundable.
For Community Leaders, the Platform reserves the right to adjust the revenue share percentage based on factors including, but not limited to, community engagement, moderation activity, and content quality. Any changes to the revenue share will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice and will take effect from the next payout cycle.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Your Community Hub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
